Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining employee records with accuracy and completeness
- Managing job openings and applications
- Assisting with recruiting efforts
- Administering employee benefits and conducting record audits
- Supporting company-wide information meetings and other HR-related duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
